Paul K Robbins is a renowned Sydney-based commercial, industrial, scientific, architecture, events and sports photographer and owner of Monde Photo.
A natural-born storyteller from behind the lens, Paul has carved out a successful career as a professional photographer for almost 30 years, working primarily on-location for commercial, government and non-profit organisations.
He has captured large events, intimate awards ceremonies, executives, entertainers, elite athletes in competition, an amazing array of livestock and performance animals, gold mining, architecture and more.
Having trained pre-digital in the ‘film days’, Paul still follows many of the traditional principles of photography. Always a firm believer in getting the image right ‘in camera’ and ‘on brief’ and making his clients and their brands shine.
Paul's work is regularly published in national and international magazines and newspapers and can be seen on advertising, billboards, promotional material, and websites.
Throughout his career, he has worked with major corporations shooting events, products and people. Paul has also won international awards for rodeo events.
Some of his current clients and recent projects include the Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales (Sydney Royal Easter Show), the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO), Sydney Olympic Park, BlueScope, ANZ Bank, Kennards Hire, Shimano, Summernats, Sutherland Shire Council, Better Homes and Gardens Magazine, The Block, Alkane, VISY, Sydney Aquatic Centre, Enigma, Newcastle Permanent, and GFG Alliance/InfraBuild amongst others.
Paul has captured many high-profile celebrities including the Dalai Lama, David Beckham, Cathy Freeman, Angela Merkel, Jamie Oliver, Sally Pearson, Louise Sauvage, the then Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate, Princess Anne, Sir David Hurley and a whole host of ambassadors, international delegates and politicians.
A career highlight saw him shoot images to celebrate 60 years of discovery for one of Australia’s leading science agencies, ANSTO, with his photographs displayed alongside images of the organisation taken in the 1960s by the legendary Australian photographer, Max Dupain.
Never shy of a challenge, in 2011-12 Paul spent 18 months capturing the gruelling training and competition schedule and family life of Australian world champion triathlete, Craig Alexander, for the book, As the Crow Flies, now the highest-selling triathlon book of all time.
The monumental shoot took Paul across the world to create the stunning 200 shots published. Paul travelled through Abu Dhabi, the US and Australia, photographing in all sorts of conditions and locations including hanging from the back of motorbikes, riding mountain bikes, lying in ditches, and treading water in oceans.

Ludi Robbins is the logistics queen. Highly organised and with stellar time management and prioritisation skills, she ensures all shoots are planned to perfection, run like a well-oiled machine and the end-product gets to the client on-time, every time. Combine all this with her friendly and flexible nature, Ludi makes working with Monde Photo a breeze.
From client liaison, shoot research and planning, location scouting and booking, and even hands-on assistance at shoots, Ludi has it covered.
With a love for the diversity of her work and role, Ludi enjoys overcoming any challenge - nothing is ever too hard or complicated - she will find a solution to get the best possible result.
Ludi’s strong communication (so strong, she’s fluent in both French and English!) and customer service skills mean our clients are always kept up-to-date and informed about the progress of their jobs.
She loves nothing better than getting great feedback from our clients, knowing we have made a positive difference to their business and brand.
